In today’s generation, more and more people are becoming wary of their health. As such, aside from a strict diet, many are turning to running and regular training as a fitness exercise. However, it is important to carefully plan these training exercises as they may affect one’s physical well-being very quickly in a negative way rather than positively. As such, it is important to monitor various health readings before and after participating in said activities. Among the most important health factors that should be regularly monitored especially when practicing various fitness exercises is the pulse rate-and the best way to monitor such is through the use of a pulse watch.

Generally, cholesterol is found in the foods that people consume every single day. There are basically two types of cholesterol that people are quite familiar with, these are the good cholesterol and the bad cholesterol. In truth, the body also needs cholesterol to function at maximum performance but of course it should be the good cholesterol which is produced by the liver organ. Unfortunately bad cholesterol is in the foods that we eat at a daily basis, it comes from animal food products such as their proteins and fat. A good example are the dairy products processed from cow, chicken and other animals like butter, cheese, and egg, these products are the perfect example of foods that contain increased cholesterol levels and once consumed in large amounts could bring harm more than good.

We commonly hear that too much cholesterol in the body can cause a lot of diseases. Well, this is obviously true because cholesterol builds up in the body cause arterial and vein blockages which in turn affect the normal circulation of blood. And when the normal circulation of blood is affected, it cannot supply enough oxygen to the different parts of the body thus one suffers from heart failures, stroke and other related conditions. Cholesterol levels in the body varies differently from person to person and it is greatly affected by the food that one eats every day as well as the type of lifestyle that one has.
